What russian language has to do with medicine? Pretty sure the main language in medical field is latin.
Besides that, how is this anywhere close to being the top issue in Latvia?

Jekaterina V. can maybe pull her head out of her ass and try learning countrys national Language.
If you’re a resident, you should speak the local language. Alternatively there’s English too. No issue to me.

Poor, poor Jekaterina V. can’t speak everywhere where she pleases in Russian. Maybe there is a place in this world where everything is in Russian….
