Quindi credo di essere stato truffato. Questi ragazzi della o2 hanno suonato il campanello e mi hanno chiesto di firmare un contratto per nuovi router in fibra di vetro, e io l’ho firmato stupidamente. Hanno dato via le mie informazioni e tutto il resto. Sono stati convincenti, con badge legittimi e tutto il resto, e hanno detto che erano della Hausverwaltung.
Ho letto su reddit in seguito che queste truffe sono comunemente gestite da Ranger, associato a Telekom/Vodafone, ma nel mio caso erano di MAXprom GmBH, in associazione con o2. Sono passati solo due giorni e ho ricevuto due e-mail da loro, visibili nelle foto.
Dopo essere stato informato dal mio padrone di casa che queste cose non sono state fatte per conto loro, voglio revocare immediatamente il contratto. Ma non ho ancora ricevuto un Aktivierungsbestätigung e l’e-mail dice che nessun contratto deve ancora essere attivato. Sono confuso se dovrei inviare immediatamente il Widerrufsbelehrung, o aspettare, o chiamare o2… Mi dispiace, non sono stato in Germania per molto tempo. So di essere stato stupido a firmarlo in primo luogo.

Send a email at o2@maxprom.de and tell them that you are cancelling the contract effective immediately.
You don’t need to tell them why.
You have 14 days after getting that message for this. I would do it now, though.
Keep a copy of the email just in case they want to get funny.
If you want to be extra careful, you can also send a Einschreiben to the address in the second picture with the same message.

A Widerrufsbelehrung is something different. It’s the notice from maxprom that tells you that you can cancel (widerrufen) the contract within 14 days.
