It’s a shower head?
Those filters don’t work even nearly as good as advertised. It’s safe to use though.
I’m sure it has plenty of >!placebo!< effect
Just use (a better) body lotion. These shower heads are not dangerous, but they don’t help either.
it’s safe, but doesn’t do anything.
So I use such shower heads for a few years now. Not because of those unnecessary filter balls but rather because you can screw of the shower head plate and put it into a bowl with some acid and remove the Kalk.
They are great. I think it gives better water pressure. I really like mine. It looks similar and works wonders as my water pressure is not the best (top level)
