It’s definitely Mykonos. The view at the end is [this](https://d3dqioy2sca31t.cloudfront.net/Projects/cms/production/000/033/257/slideshow/7cfa2a631be6dd788def29fd041e10ae/slide-greece-mykonos.jpg) and the shop we see on 0:01 is [this](https://www.laren.gr/el/) one. I think Jia Lissa has shot a few more videos on the same island.

In some places it’s translated to vixen and they do those kind of promotions
