It’s absolutely amazing that the debris from an intercepted drone seems to almost always land on its target. The engineers must be geniuses, to figure out (completely ahead of time) how the velocity of the drone, when hit by anti-air munitions, would continue to fly in the direction of the target. Incredible!

I think it was spontaneous combustion. Once the oil depot saw the drone it just got all hot and bothered.
They used the oil depot itself to intercept the drones, thus saving munitions. Clever.
