I thought the white triangle on the BMP 2 is a Ukrainian marking?
I believe this is a Ukrainian vehicle being destroyed in this instance.

I saw another video with the same footage today claiming it was a Ukrainian friendly fire incident. It was obviously a lie since the V and triangle are clearly visible.

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but that BMP2 with a cage was Ukrainian.
– It has the Ukrainian type net “cage”
– V in front is just obsucred delta or triangle symbol
– Longer version of that video shows some surviving crew bailing wearing blue tape
