Guy is right to be running, if that oil is boiling it would be splurting off big chunk of oil that are in flame. That is still heavier than air and can land and stick to you. I wouldn’t be anywhere near that stuff.
In other news, this, at least to me, indicates a huge issue within Russia. Why have they not managed to get it under control yet? Are all their firefighters otherwise engaged? They should have pumped all of this fuel that can be pumped out, out by now. They should have helicopters dumping fuel retardant chemicals onto the fire and surrounding area. Where are these?
