Must bomb, sabotage, compromise their factories, and give ukraine to stop the source. When there’s a big flood, the first thing you do is shut off the water, not fix the pipe.
Ukraine should be able to fire any and all American chips in whatever type of weapon at American chips anywhere in Russia. Call it a simple police action to enforce US law.

This is the strongest argument for removing restrictions on the use of western arms against Russia, and for providing even more powerful and longer range weapons and delivery systems. Otherwise the Biden Administration is guilty of gross negligence.
Hopefully some scrap survived so they can figure out the manufacturing date on the missiles. If they are all new that means their stocks are depleted.
