I don’t have the answer, but I’m leaving a comment in case someone else does.
Guessing it’s a graffiti collective or group who goes out together and uses GTA as their ‘club’ name. The big one around Antwerp when I was young was “animal farm”. Every cool piece on the high way or well done full train graffiti was always them. It’s just a way of showing how good you are and that your better than anyone around.
Probably a local crew, where is this? There’s always crews getting up 🤷♂️
