Hugs, tears of happiness, and unbridled joy — 11 more children have returned to Ukraine!

This rescue mission was a success thanks to the tireless work of @saveukraine.official and @bringkidsback_ua.

Among those returned is a 13-year-old girl who was staying in the occupied territory with her grandmother. The girl will finally meet her mother, whom she has not seen since the beginning of the full-scale war.

Russians were constantly searching her home, trying to find weapons and “banned” Ukrainian materials. They also introduced compulsory school assemblies with the singing of the Russian anthem, and during history lessons, they claimed that “Ukraine never existed.” The girl knew she could be taken to an orphanage anytime because she did not have Russian documents. She admits that she felt very relieved when she saw the blue and yellow flag on the border 🫂

We want to voice our appreciation to our partners, We Are All Ukrainians, Ron Wahid, Humanity Foundation, and all the caring people who help us save children and their families.

🙌🏼 Our mission is more than just rescue; it proves that care and humanity are more robust than borders. By bringing children home, we are restoring justice and building the future of a free 🇺🇦.

I’m glad they made it out. A victory as important as any victory on the battlefield.
