Ciao ragazzi, vi prego di leggere l’estratto dell’acte de vente per un VEFA. Afferma che l’acquirente dovrebbe pagare le spese di riscaldamento durante la costruzione. Non dovrebbe essere il venditore al suo posto? Le persone che hanno acquistato in VEFA in precedenza, hanno dovuto pagare quelle spese?
