Al momento ho un visto di ricongiungimento familiare perché ho un figlio di 14 anni qui che è tedesco. Ha la doppia nazionalità e vive in Germania con sua madre. Sta con me part-time.
Lavoro qui da 2 anni e mezzo con un permesso Aufenthaltserlaubnis. Voglio fare domanda per un permesso di insediamento per stare con mio figlio e vivere in Germania in modo permanente. Penso di poter rinnovare il mio Aufenthaltserlaubnis ogni 2 anni (era valido per 3 all’ingresso).

Quali sono i requisiti? Ho un certificato di lingua A1 e guadagno 60.000 € all’anno. Devo ottenere un B1 o il “motivo familiare” è sufficiente per poter restare?

Verrò deportato quando mio figlio compirà 18 anni e non sarà più minorenne? O avrà 16 anni?
IL sito ufficiale è valido per il ricongiungimento familiare “normale” in cui entrano marito/moglie o figli minorenni, ma non specifica cosa fare se sono qui per il mio figlio minorenne tedesco.

AFAIK there’s no special criteria for Niederlassungserlaubnis if you have a German child. You need to fulfill the normal criteria. You can get a residence permit on the basis of having a minor German child, but you already have one so that part doesn’t help you.
First of all, foreigners only get deported after a long process and only if they don’t apply for a permit for which they are eligible.
You can have a family reunion permit to a minor child until your kid is 18. You need a different permit by then.
You’ll need B1 German for an NE.
Alternatively, you could apply for a Blue Card if you don’t want to learn German.
