We have to do something here in the Netherlands too.
Announcements and promises are great, deliveries are better. I prefer the Nor-Swe-Fin model of underpromising and overdelivering. Maybe Ukraine’s need for air defences would be less urgent, if they could reach out and touch those russian bases, that has been terror-bombing population centers for two years now. Better than nothing, but optimal… idk🤷♀️
Is going to need some clarification because often at such events, already made pledges are repeated or extended. This is basically no scenario where germany orders 17 additional systems, as there 1. are no financial assets available for such a big purchase and 2. germany would need more for themselves in the first place and 17 are 3 times what we ordered for ourselves.
