In the modern day and age, not a single soul neither the Armenian government wants to “free” Javakhk, not even the Armenians native to that area. Nobody has claims on it. Everyone’s happy with it being in Georgia. I personally would never support separation.
And I don’t think it’s wrong for this girl to wear the flag of her people if she’s from there. (if that’s even the flag, I have to say it looks a bit different)
The flag that you’re talking about has the Scandinavian cross pattern. Even then it’s just an origin flag for many, like the Hamshen Armenian flag.
But let’s suppose that this person is a separatist, it’s not a popular sentiment in Armenia and no single Armenian official since our independence, ever has made claims towards Georgian land.
Stop looking for animosity and conflict where there isn’t any.
