That title is kinda off. It’s an Su24M. They will not be used for combat air patrols. The reason why the vid drew attention is because of the unknown munition the bomber carries.
From what i read it was a test. The original source described it as a [domestic] guided bomb. So a smart glide bomb domestically produced, going by that. The second plane was there to visually observe seperation and so on during the test.
Perhaps more interesting than the title implies.
thats a su24m with glide bombs its an attacker not a fighter
yes if they are rocket boosted they could get back the range loss due to sam cover, hope they can knockout thousands
