On Saturday, Finland broke its record for the most ‘hot’ days for the third consecutive day, as temperatures exceeded the official ‘heatwave’ threshold of 25 degrees Celsius for the 68th time this year, according to the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI).

The mercury climbed to 25.6 degrees in Kärkkä, Salo, according to the FMI.

With five above-25-degree days so far, this September is now tied with the 1968 record for the most ‘hot’ autumn days.

It’s getting closer to middle of September, yet if feels like July.

I’ve spent the last 8 summers of my life in Finland, while this one has had the most warm days, I feel like none of them have been scorching hot, In Helsinki I don’t think it ever exceeded 29°. There’s also been plenty of rain in between and in the night so it’s been pretty pleasant.

However I live in the north for the cold and the pain and I don’t like this at all

One day kids will look at you strangely when you talk about the time when we still had seasons. 😐

Notice how the picture was taken at sunset. The only time the glare from the white bodies and the pink sunburn looks the same.

And we keep getting told by certain asshats that climate change isn’t real.

Same shit in Estonia. Every day records are broken. In almost every single town.
