It’s at the “Fränkisches Tor” (Franconian Gate) in Nuremberg, Germany, the Frauentorgraben area near the Nuremberg Opera, sometime in the mid-20th century, maybe the 1950s or 1960s.
These are in Munich.
First is the palace of justice. Second the Bavaria statue.
Third one was a bit harder to find. Looks like it’s part of the former Bavarian traffic ministry. The part in the photograph was demolished in 1966. More info (in German): https://www.stadtgrenze.de/c/bav/marsplatz/19-umfeld.htm
