Basically, don’t take it out unless you’re actually going to use it. Common sense, really.
I will wait for more reliable sources of information though, 20mins exists to be used as toilet paper.
You are supposed to appeal the court ruling, and not bend over and then complain that it was unjustified.
The article even states that they might have not been found guilty, had they appealed the case and had the judge hear their side of the story. No way did the victim state that they or their dog had threatened the victim before the victim pulled out their pepper spray.
The victim really should have consulted a lawyer, or at least pressed charges.
