I’ve seen that poster a few days ago (I live in Rome), the thing that pissed me off most is seeing the City Administration logo on the bottom right corner (hope it’s just a rip-off).
Russia may not be our enemy, but Russia keeps repeating we are their enemies.
This thing is getting too much traction. Italy is firmly with Ukraine, even though we could give much more, especially our naval technology (among the best in the world)

In reality, foreign relations Russia prefers are better depicted with BDSM porn pics, not handshakes.

It is quite normal that countries like Italy that never suffered or are threatened by Russia are much more neutral. Polish or Baltics have a different opinion for sure on Russia.
