I feel this happens every September. We live by the beach and the past few years there’s always been some point in September where it’s nice enough to go for a swim in the sea.

Same place as the shite weather has been coming from all summer. Too little, too late now. It’s dark at eight o’clock.

Make the most of it, it’s to be windy/rainy and cold next week.

„They“ who run this whole simulation messed up the order. This is July weather accidentally delivered in September 🙂

      Who cares where it’s from???

It’s going to be a memory soon, so make memories to go with it and keep you going when it’s not like this

Happens down under as well. As soon as the kids go back to school.

    8. I posted a pic to facebook, and someone replied “looks lovely, where are you”. Apparently if there’s an orb in the photo, I must be on holiday.

      Can’t fault them really.

I was walking back from the school at just gone 9 and I couldn’t see my hands ahead of me from the fog and then I went out at about 10 and it was nicer than we’ve seen all summer this year

It is well overdue, it rained from July 23 to May 24, with the exception of 2 weeks frost. It was dry, windy & overcast with scattered showers since May 24 to now.
Even for ireland we are over due some bright sunshine

    11. The jet stream was blocked for half of the summer.

Now that its somewhat on a temporary break we are are seeing the hotter/warmer we should have got in the summer.

When it regains form again we are at the mercy of the cooler Atlantic fronts for winter so best to enjoy it now.
