Non ho idea di cosa faccia. Quando apro l’interruttore si accende una luce rossa e si sente un leggero ronzio. Non notare nient’altro.

Most likely floor heating, or other electric heating method. Usually red light mean that it’s active and heating towards wanted temperature setting (0-9 in this case) and should tuen green once wanted temperature is reached. Should be on all the time, maybe in the lowest setting possible.
