Un amico austriaco me l’ha portato quando è venuto a trovarmi nel mio paese. Non ho mai mangiato carne di maiale in questa forma prima. Ha detto che può essere mangiato crudo, senza ulteriore cottura o preparazione. Come uno spuntino, basta aprire la confezione, tagliare un pezzo e mangiare.
