Typical scam: cheap apartment available to you, and the landlord isn’t in the country so you have to arrange everything through a third-party website that doesn’t actually offer the service (Booking.com is a hotel booking site).
Also, what is “Maurer Franziska Elina”? I don’t know if Google Translate made a mistake in the translation, but “Maurer” surely isn’t a name.
