      The wording seems very casual for diplomatic speak written by a political office. Particularly the first person is not how I would expect an official protest note to be formulated. Besides the question if Mike Johnson even has the necessary position to make such demands to a foreign dignitary.

      Foreign affairs is not the most well-defined portion of the constitution, but an individual congressman is an absolute nobody in the arena of foreign affairs. Being the chief-est nobody does not increase his standing, were it ever challenged.

      He’s more than welcome to use his own letterhead, he’s not without consequence, but Nuts to this whiney upstart.
