      That suggests to me that he knew it was likely a baby was in the car.

      Why would he do that? It doesn’t say if he knew the child was there when he took it but surely he did know?

      Direct consequence of the merry go round legal/ prison system. Our “men and women of the people” politicians are at an income level where these types crimes simply do not exist in their world, so on and on we go.

      My mum was in a hairdresser with some usual characters when this happened. One woman started talking about it “why in God’s name did she leave a baby in the car?”

      “…she didn’t. She probably was after getting out of the car and he hopped in”
      A few women agreed and said that’s even worse because it’s an impulsive thing rather than being planned.

      “No she left that baby in there and he broke in”.
