Independent Ireland could surprise a few people at the next election. By far right party standards in Ireland they actually have decent locally liked candidates, and not pure crazies.
Most there members are ex FFG. They also done relatively well in the local elections. They won more seats in rural Ireland than anyone but the big 3 and labour.
If a far right party is to actually make in roads it will be them.
With FG loosing so many members due to retirement and seeming to become more Dublin centric since Kenny left there’s a real opportunity for them in rural Ireland.
These guys will shock everyone come election day. Huge resentment in rural Ireland with everything and no real alternative to vote for. They should have chosen proper candidates, not gobshites like this lad.
