Il mio amico ha recentemente cambiato lavoro e ha ricevuto il primo stipendio, abbiamo notato che il PK-Beitrag è piuttosto alto – CHF 381.- (CHF5675.- stipendio) mentre in confronto io guadagno circa 2k in più al mese e il mio LPP-Beitrag (PK e LPP Beiträge sono versamenti alla Pensionskasse, giusto?) costa solo CHF 220. Qualcuno potrebbe spiegare cosa potrebbe succedere qui? Grazie

      Everything should be in your work contract, including how much is paied by you (and the employer) into your PK.

      Looks like your friend has 6%, whereas you have only 2%. As the percentage is often (at least) matched by the employer, your friend got the better deal than you (12% instead of 4% once you retire will make …some… difference).

      That’s why the salary is not the only number you have to look at when you want to compare total recompensation for your work.

      Edit: tldr: Every employer has his own PK-solution, some pay more, some less.
