Do we have any estimates for how this ratio has evolved over the course of the entire war?
Number of accurate or effective artillery shells would be nicer to know. Hopefully Russia’s effectiveness is lower than Ukraine due to equipment degradation.
Not to take away from what this means, you can’t decrease by 3 times, you can of course decrease by 2/3rds.
So 3:1 only?
