Concerned citizens are doing lots of [anti-war sabotage](https://x.com/Pal_action/status/1841444322593415592) lately, good job. It is so sad that repressive governments will jail all these people.

These guys are examples of genuinely good Russians. It’s a shame that so far this type of person amounts to a rounding error in a pool of over 140 million. It’d mean something to the Ukrainians if something close to 1% of the 140 million Russians out there would fight back in meaningful ways like what these saboteurs have tried to do.

These guys, along with those fighting for the Ukrainians in the Freedom of Russia Legion and the Siberia Battalion or just [any ordinary Russian who’s trying to help trapped / kidnapped Ukrainians escape Russia](https://www.rferl.org/a/russia-antiwar-volunteers-ukraine-aid-threats-escape/32767064.html) stand in contrast to the self-imagined “good Russians”. These “good Russians” quietly think they’re comparable because they “dodge the draft” or choose to make themselves easy prey for Rosgvardiya through a solo protest with a blank sheet of paper.
