okay NOW I think there’s going to be an election soon
I really think we should do all we can to help those in need but someone needs to explain to me why someone from Darfur makes the effort to come all the way to Ireland while probably passing through multiple safe countries to get here.
We are a horrible nation of people when rubber hits road. Treating these poor people like scum isn’t a good look. What are we doing to properly house them?
Deportations needed now
The refugee council of Ireland were out trying to get the IPAS centre moved out to Citiwest, their reasoning was that the state is less likely to leave people living in tents out there than they are in the city.
