      Oh we did that in Romania during Communism. There was even a joke.

      “Comrade Ceausescu is walking up, let’s wake up with him.

      Comrade Ceausescu is exercising, let’s exercise with him.

      Comrade Ceausescu in eating breakfast, let’s…wish him bon appetite.” Cause we sure as hell weren’t eating.

      You wouldn’t have to put any pressure on me to record Putin a birthday message. I’d do it with glee to remind him he’s one year closer to the grave. Dictators are all the same, and the more powerful the worse they are – infuriated and terrified by the inevitability of death.
