      And he already announced that he will block any aid to Ukraine until the Americans vote. Could he be any more obvious that he wants to serve Putin’s best interests?

      God, he sounds like such a peasant saying he will ”celebrate with bottles of champagne”. People do that at weddings, birthdays, engagements, buying a house, NYE etc. Viktor is just a try-hard bumpkin.
