Im pretty sure there is an option somewhere where you can block unknown callers.
You can do that while finding a solution.
CallFilter app or some similar.
My OnePlus Auto blocks these numbers, I don’t even have them in the normal call list.
That’s an Android phone, correct? If so, in the phone app settings you can enable “Filter spam calls”, in case it isn’t enabled (which it kind of looks like, but you never know). While you’re at it, you can do the same for the SMS app.
I only get notifications every now and then of blocked SMS texts, and I don’t think I’ve ever received any spam calls since I have my current number (8 years or so).
