that website you linked, what does it have to do with anything you wrote? this looks like a company based in Toronto, Canada that has some lawyers and tax consultants in germany, what do they have to do with de-registering you? that doesn’t make any sense.
you found another job, so far so good but you should definitely talk to the migration office as soon as possible since only you and them know about your situation, were you even allowed to switch jobs? what does your visa say, did it have one special purpose that is still fulfilled with that new job? nobody can answer you these questions with so little information so no idea what kind of consequences you will face.
>I immediately reached out to Migaration office through a contact forum
what do you mean with this by the way? did you mean a contact form? i highly doubt that anybody will ever read this at all, you call them, visit them in person (if you’re living in a city you most likely need to book an appointment first) or you write them an email (which usually takes a few weeks before you can even expect an answer). a contact form on the other hand is definitely not a thing you should use to communicate with a governmental agency in germany, i still remember one of my coworkers that tried that at the agentur für arbeit a few years ago because he had some specific question for a special kind of education. when he called them a few months later he had to explain them where this contact form even was and it was taken down a couple of weeks later since nobody even knew that it existed
