Decisive on what?
A part of his statement, was a clear verbal spanking of those who foolishly believe that appeasement via telephone is a good idea (he was obvious thinking of Germany’s Scholz here).
Talking with Putler wouldn’t change anything, he wants Ukraine gone and back into a russian empire
Scholz weakness just provoked Putin !!
