I think that Nosanov in this context just means someone with a big nose
It’s a form of a slovenian surname Nosan, meaning it belongs to a person named Nosan. The added -ov is grammatically, maybe someone more well versed in the language can tell you more. But Nosanov as a full surname sounds like it comes from eastern Slavic countries.
