Ciao ragazzi, ho preso da poco la patente e oggi mentre guidavo di notte un’auto a noleggio mi sembra di aver commesso una violazione rossa in una sezione trasversale. Ero così perso nella navigazione che in qualche modo mi sono perso il semaforo rosso. Me ne sono reso conto quando ho visto un taxi fermarsi nel mio specchietto retrovisore. Allego una foto dell’attraversamento (era una zona di lavori con segnaletica gialla). Non ho notato alcun lampo dopo aver guidato con il semaforo rosso. Quindi le mie domande sono: 1. Riesci a individuare qualche telecamera o sensore 2. Se in qualche modo mi hanno inserito nel sistema, che multa mi aspetto? Grazie

Since there doesn‘t seem to have been any endagerment of any other drivers and no crash, you would face a 90 € fine and 1 point if the traffic light was already red for the maximum of 1 second. If it was red for longer than that you‘d get 200 €, 2 points and a 1-month ban.
But don’t worry too much, there don’t seem to be any cameras anyways and you would almost certainly have noticed getting your picture taken.
