      Putting the Tall in Tallinn, what happened there? Doesn’t look much denser than the other cities. Small municipality area?

      Now if we could only magically find a gazillion euros and could connect Tallinn to helsinki with a tunnel too… That would be glooooorious

      This is why it should have been built to even faster standards, up to 310 km/h. It’s still a good project but speed should have been higher so that in the future very long travel from Prague or wherever would have been competitive against planes up to Tallinn.

      How much time will it take to travel from Warsaw to Tallinn?

      Interestingly, I had always assumed Riga was like the biggest city of the region by far (like a London, Paris or Moscow of the Baltics) but Vilnius really isn’t that far behind at all. They’re almost equal. IDK if Riga isn’t as big as I’d thought or if Vilnius is just much larger than I thought.

      It is called Rail Baltica, but connects Warsaw instead of Gdańsk?
