Di recente ho effettuato l’accesso al mio account Nordea utilizzando l’app e ho ricevuto questo messaggio. Ho premuto “Continua” e mi è stata visualizzata una schermata vuota. Qualcun altro ha la stessa esperienza?

      Required by law. Every bank has that. Not a big deal – just asks about your income, countries, affiliation with politics etc. Need to do it every few years.

      I don’t have Nordea so I don’t know why it doesn’t work properly, tho. 🤔

      I have op and I must do it too sometimes. Not a scam. But it’s so annoying normal that it doesn’t work.

      If you read the post, I don’t think OP asked whether the popup was normal. The question was about having a blank screen after clicking continue. This applies to everyone else who was explaining to OP that this is not a scam.

      I think you should just try later, and if it does not work, give Nordea a call.

      Nordea is not forced to close accounts of people who don’t answer, but they really should be forced to stop lying. They are beyond aggressive with KYC after getting heavy fines from the Panama Papers leaks which implicated Nordea in money laundering for their oligarch customers.
