I read on the other thread that this guy was AUR’s honorary president and candidate for PM back in 2020. Does this mean he was actually known before these elections?

Can someone help me conceptualize how these Google trend chart works, what does the Y axis stands for, how is it calculated, why doesn’t it show number of searches but just a trend of 0 to 100.
What do romanians think about it? do you think it’s suspicious? if so, what can be done?
