      Well no one will be happy on here I don’t think no matter their political persuasion.

      Odds are FG/FF and yet another mudguard question is who will take the bait and allow themselves be bent over, rode and scapegoated?

      Fine Gael being 20% is the most surprising here, i like a lot of their candidates and most of their policies I agree with but my god do i absolutely loath Simon Harris, the thoughts of that man representing us internationally makes me sick.

      Guess the answer to the question of “What’s the difference between Labour and the Social Democrats?” Is the voters.

      It would be interesting if FG did worse than anyone expected and Simon Harris took the decision to bring the party into opposition & rebuild the party.

      FF would be in some predicament then. Ruled out governing alongside SF, Aontú and Independents

      Interesting times if this occurred

      This is all coming down to transfers, and it largely looks like transfers will be split between FF and SF. Looking at the full poll results for 2nd preference votes it’s detailed as follows

      – Labour mainly transferring to FF

      – FF to FG

      – SF to Ind

      – SD to SF
      – Aontu to Ind / SF
      – PBP to SF

      – FG to FF
      – Ind to FF then FG then SF
      – II to FF

      – Greens to SD
