I dont believe we are “technicaly” at war. We have inflation and economic stagnation but so were neutral countries during ww2. Until our troops leave the bases and head to the front I’ll call it “pre-war” just like 1938
No. Russia has invaded Ukraine, that is the war.
Other countries are thankfully supporting Ukraine with aid, but they have not joined the war.
