Ho chiamato la polizia. È stato catturato in 10 minuti. È un noto criminale di furti e droga. Apparentemente usa i condomini per nascondere cose rubate e rubare biciclette

I dont know how a “ring camera” would have stopped him in this case, he’d get in just the same, wouldn’t he?
What good would a Ring camera do? Incidentally, forget that the tenant/landlord allows you to put it up on your door, and has the ability of filming the neighbors in the stairwell – so it can’t be used as a burden of proof either.
Why involve the police when you can deal with the matter yourself, I don’t think anybody will miss that guy anyways😅

Update: just talked to my landlord and she said she saw the guy riding a bike this morning when she was driving. Guess he didn’t get arrested and is already on another stolen bike since his from last night is still left here. The Police took him to the station and just released him.
Apperntly he is homeless and well known. I almost want to drop his full name but that’s probally illegal
