      This is good.

      State subsidised housing should not only be for those on low incomes.

      Does anyone else think it is utterly laughable that these homes are being marketed at “affordable” while being priced at €495k ?

      Things are gone badly wrong when you see houses being listed at half a million as affordable while the living wage here is 14.75 an hour

      If it’s not a big apartment building it’s not affordable. Haven’t ever seen one in Ireland, except the completely unaffordable luxury version at the Dublin docks

      If the Irish don’t stop with this “walled off estate full of copypasta single family homes” they will never get out of this

      You need contemporary European city planning
