Ciao a tutti, chiedo qui visto che non sono mai stato su un ICE quindi non so come funzioni. Domani avevo un treno diretto da Berlino ad Amsterdam e ora vedo che è stato cancellato. Ora sulla pagina del mio biglietto c’è scritto letteralmente “Puoi usare qualsiasi altro treno, senza costi aggiuntivi”, ma è valido se prendo una tratta con una coincidenza per lì, non diretta? il mio biglietto sarà valido per quei due treni? non voglio essere multato😅 ad esempio la foto che ho allegato Grazie in anticipo!

Just don’t make a detour via Munich.
Yes, it will be valid. The only issue could arise if your connection were a Dutch train, but it’s ICE all the way. You can talk to the Zugbegleiter on the platform to be extra sure.
I’m in the same boat. There’s long overdue construction work on the line and I’m pretty annoyed they even sold the tickets knowing full well this was planned.
My sister units train today (same direction) wasn’t cancelled but she had to transfer 6 times.
That’s a new record, btw. Usually one transfers once. 😉
You can take any train going to NL. Once you hit the border, your fine and you also can use any Dutch train.
