If you have the courage, send in the troops. Otherwise, its just embarassing to hear for the 200th time politicians brainstorming this idea.

The quote is in the context of a ceasefire, so troops in more of a peacekeeping capacity. There still doesn’t seem to be much appetite for troops on the ground in a combat situation. She’s said European nations would be open to sending troops in as part of a ceasefire, nothing more, nothing less.
