      I also don’t like DPD. Recently, I got an email that they were not able to deliver because I was not at home, but actually I was and nobody ringed. DHL works better, at least, in my experience.

      Really depends on the branch/actual delivery person. In my neighborhood DPD guy is the most polite and careful.

      Worst doorbell I’ve seen in a long time. I’m surprised you get any packages at all.

      I had to chase the new DHL guy once bcz he didn’t ring,
      And what did he say? Too many apartments I don’t have time to look for ur name in the door.

      You can have any package sent to the nearest pack shop. With any provider.

      es ist genug Winter – würde auch nicht klingeln – eher für Sommer 😉

      Am besten war als ich einmal ein “Wir haben sie nicht angetroffen” bekommen hab. Obwohl ich eine bestehende Ablageerlaubnis mit DPD habe bei der bei mir nichtmal geklingelt werden muss.

      UPS is worse for me. I think i might live near the end of their route, sometimes they announce that the package will be delivered that day but they never come, repeat for several days. then they bring the package god knows where without updating the tracking. Then they turn up unannounced
