I thought brutality and Luxembourg police are antonyms. Probably such trials are also the reason behind their shy behaviour.
Curious which sentence they will get as I still struggle to understand the logic of Luxembourg’s system. Literally today I consulted the latest jurisprudence and on 15 November there was a decision about a French freak who drove drunk and killed 4 (four) persons in a road accident in 2021. Effectively, no jail, no even ban to drive – just a few fines and that’s it.
