Fondamentalmente tutti i parcheggi pubblici bianchi (gratuiti) costeranno circa 2-10 franchi al giorno (prime 2 ore gratuite). Dovrai acquistare un biglietto online dal primo minuto in cui rimani lì, anche se rimani solo meno di 2 ore. Nei giorni festivi e la domenica è gratis, dal lunedì al sabato è a pagamento. Le persone che vivono vicino a una zona bianca possono ottenere un biglietto per un anno per circa 120-180 all’anno. Puoi ottenere qualcosa come un abbonamento per 80 al mese o 800 all’anno.
Per me sembra una presa di soldi e sarà frustrante per molte persone. È un peccato quanto poco si preoccupino dei cittadini, soprattutto delle persone che non hanno un parcheggio personale e fanno affidamento su questi parcheggi gratuiti.

Good. Public ground costs (at least in the sense that it could be used differently) and having to pay for it will reduce car traffic
They use the land, and the parking lots paid for by tax payers. I see absolutely no reason why they shouldn’t pay.
If they need a car for serious health reasons, like the use of a wheelchair or because they are parents, then we can talk about some exceptions, but generally, you use a service – you pay for it.
Why should the storage of private property on public land be free? Every citizen of that municipality pays for those peoples’ „free“ car parking. If you have the means to buy and maintain a car (about CHF 10’000 per year) then you have the means to pay for its storage.
