Il parquet vicino al bagno si è rovinato a causa dell’acqua. Inoltre, ora non riesco a chiudere la porta e vedo che la porta si spiegazza mentre viene premuta contro il pavimento.
Qualcuno di voi ha idea di quanto costerebbe sistemare entrambi? Quanto mi chiederebbe il mio padrone di casa? Ho anche un’assicurazione di responsabilità civile. Me lo coprirebbero? Sono stressato da morire. Qualcuno può condividere le proprie esperienze?

It’s gonna be a number with three zeros. Labor is very expensive in Germany and I assume this isn’t a door from the hardware store.
I had a similar situation – the bathroom doors were a bit too low, and when water stayed on the floor, they would get wet. As you can imagine, the doors became “swollen.” I called my landlord, and he sent a handyman who fixed it on-site in 20 minutes. He cut off the bottom, added some silicone, adjusted the hinges, and it was done. The cost was zero. Maybe my landlord is just a nice guy. Now, I’m waiting for a new fridge since my Miele gave up after 8 years, and the repair costs are unreasonable. Frankly speaking, I was expecting a bit more from Miele. It will be a zero cost form me as well. But I’m renting a flat with EBK so it belongs to the landlord.
